71 illegal garage will be demolished in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On July 14, 2026, at 10:17, the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod made decisions regarding the demolition of 71 unauthorized constructions in the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts. The corresponding resolutions have been published on the city hall's website.

      In Avtozavod, 69 brick garages in the Mostotriad settlement behind house No. 28 will be demolished. Additionally, in the same area, a semi-dilapidated brick structure with metal gates on Dudenyevskaya Street near houses No. 1 and No. 3 will be dismantled.

      In the Leninsky district, a brick building on Dachnaya Street near house No. 2 is subject to demolition.

      All constructions have been deemed illegal. Owners are instructed to vacate their properties and demolish them voluntarily no later than six months from the date of the issuance of the resolutions. In case of non-compliance, materials will be sent to the relevant city authorities.
