The founder of the organization is the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, and Igor Olegovich Ksenofontov has been appointed as the head. It should be noted that he is also the head of the State Budgetary Educational Institution "Center for Training Rescuers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region."
