Five road sections will be renovated in the Kstovo district for 820 million rubles.

The customer is the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Main Department of Highways." The initial contract price is 820.28 million rubles. The funds are provided from the regional budget of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The work is divided into five stages. The section of the Kstovo - Distant Konstantinovo highway - Nizhny Novgorod - Saratov road (11-18 km) will be brought into order, as well as several access roads: to the villages of Rabotki and Kadnitsy from the M-7 "Volga" highway, to the villages of Malaya Yelnya and Krasnoselovo, as well as access to the village of Prokoshevo and the village of Lyapisi. The total length of all sections will be 29.191 km. The deadlines for the work vary depending on the stage. Some objects are planned to be repaired in 2027 - from May to July. The remaining sections will be put in order in 2028 - from May to August. The contract must be fully executed by October 12, 2028. Funding is distributed over the years: in 2026, no funds are provided, in 2027, 183.7 million rubles will be allocated, and in 2028 - 636.5 million rubles. The documentation also provides for the involvement of subcontractors from among small business entities and socially oriented NGOs. Their share must be 40% of the contract price.
