      On July 9, 2026, at 11:22 AM, Society Volunteers from the Gorky District Oil Pipeline Management of Transneft - Upper Volga held a charity event to collect literature for a library in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The management staff collected over 300 books of various genres and directions - from children's fairy tales and literature for schoolchildren to detective stories, historical novels, and contemporary prose. "When forming the collections, we tried to take into account the requests of librarians. We hope that the donated books will find their grateful readers and give them the opportunity to learn something new," noted Gorky RNU volunteer Marina Solntseva. The collections of books have been transferred to the Central Library of Kstovo. The staff of the institution expressed gratitude to the company's team for their support and participation in preserving cultural education in the region.
