      More than 300 thousand requests from Nizhny Novgorod residents for Rosreestr services were processed by the MFC in the first half of 2026. More than 66.3 thousand services were provided for the cadastral registration of real estate, over 199 thousand for the registration of rights to real estate, and more than 44.7 thousand services for providing information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. "This year, Rosreestr services are in demand among citizens just as much as in 2025. Together with Rosreestr colleagues at seminars for the entire staff of 1,500 MFC specialists, we address the most common questions from citizens regarding these services. It is important for us to make the requests of Nizhny Novgorod residents to multifunctional centers as comfortable as possible," said the director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Authorized MFC" Svetlana Musarskaya. Such work with the MFC staff is carried out on a regular basis. "In the first half of the year, we held seven joint seminars with the MFC and plan to continue this practice. Our main task is to ensure that every Nizhny Novgorod resident is confident in the reliability of their property rights," noted the head of the Rosreestr office for the Nizhny Novgorod region, Oksana Shtein.
