      July 8, 2026 14:48 Society Maxim and Polina work at different enterprises of the En+ Teplo Volga group of companies, building their careers in the energy sector and their new joint life in a new capacity as spouses. Maxim Bagaev is the lead engineer of the production and technical department at the Avtozavodskaya CHPP. Polina Gorelova is an engineer at Volgaenergosbyt, working with industrial consumers, handling contracts and calculations for heat supply. "The energy profile has always seemed reliable to me," says Maxim. "Energy is a benchmark, promising, and serious industry," adds Polina. As students of Ivanovo State Energy University, they came for internships at the En+ Teplo Volga enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod. This experience turned out to be decisive in their future career path. "We wanted to go where we would be accepted together, with the prospect of further employment. They invited us, offered positions, and were very interested in us. Housing, salary, support - we really liked all of this," Polina shared. After receiving their diplomas, the young people made an adult decision: to move to Nizhny Novgorod permanently. Every weekend, the couple strolls in their favorite park "Switzerland," enjoying the landscaping, cozy atmosphere, and sunsets. For Maxim and Polina, En+ has become not just an employer, but a place where their professional aspirations and personal happiness intersect. By the way, there are 20 married couples working at En+ enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod, as well as representatives of labor dynasties. Maxim and Polina are already making plans for the future: professional growth and, of course, the continuation of their energy dynasty.
