      July 6, 2026 19:00 Incidents The Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources is demanding that LLC "Aqua-Reagent" completely eliminate violations of land legislation identified in the territory of the Dzerzhinsk industrial zone. The decision in the case was made by the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, which upheld the order for mandatory elimination of violations. This was reported by the press service of the interregional agency. In 2024, during an unscheduled inspection, it was established that the company's wastewater was going beyond the fencing and entering adjacent land plots. Inspectors also discovered that the used area was cluttered with construction waste, metal pipes, broken bricks, and concrete products. Following the inspection, the company was held administratively liable and issued an order to eliminate the violations. The legality of the supervisory authority's actions was confirmed by judicial instances. A follow-up inspection that took place last year showed that the requirements were not fully met. On the western side of the fence in the adjacent territory, specialists found piles of sand mixed with soil, as well as pieces of concrete. The company was again held administratively liable and issued another order to eliminate violations of land legislation. LLC "Aqua-Reagent" attempted to challenge this document in court, but it was established that the responsibility for maintaining and protecting the land plots lies with the enterprise. The order was recognized as compliant with the requirements and is subject to enforcement. The elimination of violations remains under special control of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources.
