A seminar on the labeling of veterinary products was held in Nizhny Novgorod.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, a seminar on the labeling of veterinary drugs and animal feed through the "Honest Sign" system was held at the Ankudinovka technopark. More than 50 people participated in the event — 23 entrepreneurs and 31 employees of state veterinary institutions in the region. The seminar was organized at the request of the regional veterinary committee. It was conducted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in collaboration with the regional support center "Honest Sign" in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Maxim Cherkasov, noted that the labeling requirements through the "Honest Sign" system apply to 36 product groups. Since the beginning of the year, more than 400 representatives of SMEs in the region have undergone training and received consulting assistance. During the seminar, representatives of the regional Labeling Center, LLC "Operator-CRPT" — the operator of the "Honest Sign" system, the management of Rospotrebnadzor for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and the management of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Mari El and Mordovia republics explained the procedure for working with the system, the specifics of the registration and circulation of labeled products, as well as the legal requirements and penalties for violations. After the training session, participants received individual consultations. Currently, more than 2,200 Nizhny Novgorod organizations are working with veterinary drugs and animal feed in the "Honest Sign" system.
