According to Avito Services, in June 2026, the demand for the arrangement of these spaces increased by 34%. The market quickly responded, increasing the number of offers from craftsmen and companies by 81%.

      Apartment owners are changing their perception of balconies and loggias: from storage spaces, they are transforming into functional areas, including home offices and mini-gardens.

      Most often, residents of Nizhny Novgorod request glazing services. Two options are offered - cold glazing, which protects against precipitation and dust, and warm glazing (PVC profiles) for year-round use. The cost of such work starts from 8,500 rubles.

      The second most popular service is thermal insulation: insulating floors, walls, and ceilings with materials such as extruded polystyrene and mineral wool. This service is ordered if they plan to use the loggia as a living space. The average cost is 1,200−1,500 rubles per square meter.

      Residents of the region are also actively interested in interior finishing and cladding: the most in-demand materials are wooden paneling, drywall, PVC panels, and MDF panels. The cost starts from 1,000 rubles per square meter.

      Another sought-after service for balcony improvement is electrical work: this includes wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and underfloor heating (electric or infrared). The cost of work depends on the complexity and equipment.

      During the season, there has also been an increase in demand for cleaning and washing services for balconies and loggias.
