The head of the "Borsky PAB" was arrested in a case of fraud amounting to 1.5 million rubles.

      On July 3, 2026, at 10:42, Incidents: The director of the Joint Stock Company "Borskoe Passenger Transport Enterprise" has been detained in the Nizhny Novgorod region. He is suspected of large-scale fraud. This was reported by the regional offices of the FSB and the Investigative Committee of Russia. According to the FSB, the head of the enterprise, despite having accountants on staff, entered into a fictitious contract with a commercial organization for the provision of consulting services on taxation and accounting. He signed acts of allegedly completed work, and the funds were transferred to accounts controlled by the suspect. As clarified by the Investigative Committee, the scheme operated from January 2025 to June 2026. The total amount of damage was approximately 1.5 million rubles. A criminal case has been initiated against the director under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The court has placed the suspect in custody. Currently, the investigation continues to work on establishing all the circumstances of the incident, as well as possible accomplices and other episodes. It was previously reported that a former employee of a company engaged in the processing and disposal of waste is accused of fraud amounting to 19 million rubles.
