A training center for vulnerable groups for employment will open in Nizhny Novgorod.

The State Institution of Nizhny Novgorod "Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center" is looking for a contractor who will handle the organizational and methodological support for the launch and operation of the institution. The initial cost of the contract is almost 2 million rubles. Applications are accepted until July 20, and the results will be announced on July 23. The contract will be valid from the date of signing until December 31, 2026, and services must be provided by December 15.

      The tender documentation notes that the center is being created in Nizhny Novgorod as a platform for the preliminary training of candidates referred by the Regional Project Inclusive Office. This concerns people from vulnerable groups who require additional skill development before approaching employers.

      The future contractor must help launch the center: select and justify the placement site, describe the work model and key processes, establish interaction with the inclusive office, social sources, and employers.

      A separate block concerns the methodological part. It will be necessary to develop or adapt training materials, think about how to assess the initial skills of candidates and their readiness for work, and propose a format for individual training routes.

      In addition, the contractor will need to train the center's staff, distribute their responsibilities, and prepare job descriptions.

      Special attention will be paid to interaction with employers: it will be necessary to search for suitable vacancies, describe job functions, and take these requirements into account when preparing applicants.

      Moreover, the contractor must accompany the first training cases and subsequent routing of applicants to employers, and based on the results, present recommendations for further development and scaling of the center.

      It is expected that upon completion of the contract, the center will be launched, its work model will be defined, staff will be prepared, interaction with social sources and employers will be established, and trained candidates will be directed for employment in the open labor market.
