Nizhny Novgorod residents were shown the progress of the construction of the eco-park on the Rowing Canal.

      On July 2, 2026, at 13:28, Culture and Leisure In Nizhny Novgorod, the construction of the multifunctional tourist complex "Eco-Park on the Rowing Canal" continues. The State Construction Supervision Inspection of the Nizhny Novgorod Region shared footage from the construction site. The project is being implemented by LLC "ECO-PARK - NIZHNY NOVGOROD." It involves the creation of a complex with open and closed swimming and entertainment pools, which have already been installed, as well as a spa area, facilities for wellness steaming, a restaurant, and a children's area.

      In June, specialists completed the inspection of the next stage of construction. Currently, the installation of stained glass windows, the construction of facades and roofs, wall masonry, the laying of external and internal engineering networks, as well as landscaping of the territory, are ongoing at the site.

      The next inspection is scheduled for January 2027. Recall that the first stage of the eco-park's construction was completed in April 2026. At that time, a five-star hotel with 265 rooms was built, which welcomed its first guests in May. The hotel became the first hotel facility in the Nizhny Novgorod Region built using the preferential lending mechanism under the national project "Tourism and Hospitality," as well as within the framework of the agreement on the protection and encouragement of investments (SZKP).
