The shortage of Volga C50 appeared in dealerships 10 days after the start of sales.

      On June 29, 2026, at 13:12, Society Russian dealer centers faced a shortage of Volga C50 sedans just ten days after sales began. Customers have to place pre-orders and wait for new deliveries. This was reported by the publication Autonews.ru.

      Recall that the lineup of the revived brand includes three models: the Volga K40 crossover, based on the Geely Atlas, the Volga K50 crossover, which is analogous to the Geely Monjaro, and the Volga C50 sedan, which is a version of the Geely Preface. Each model is offered in three configurations and five body color options. Car production is organized in Nizhny Novgorod at the former Volkswagen site.

      As of June 25, there are 12 official Volga dealers declared in Moscow, but cars are actually available at only five of them. Journalists found that cars in most configurations and colors are available at these dealers. However, the C50 sedan with a two-liter 200-horsepower engine in the "Comfort" configuration was not available in the showrooms.

      A representative from one of the centers noted that he could not specify the timeline for the car's availability; according to him, the manufacturer has focused on the K40 and K50, while sedans are supplied on a residual basis. In another showroom, it was reported that the car in the "Comfort" configuration can be ordered, with an estimated delivery time of about a week. In a third showroom, they promised delivery within ten days.

      Another center reported having three black C50s, one of which is reserved, while the other two are used for test drives.
