This was reported by the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the region. According to the law, an employer is required to notify the Migration Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region within three working days when employing a migrant. However, the entrepreneur missed the established deadline. As a result, he was held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 18.15 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for violating the notification procedure for engaging a foreign citizen in labor activities in Russia. The court imposed a penalty in the form of suspending the company's activities for 14 days. On the same day, the bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings, arrived at the organization's address, and handed the necessary documents to the company's representative. The company was ordered to immediately cease operations, and the entrance to the premises was sealed. Earlier, it was reported that during a raid at a car wash on Moscow Highway in Nizhny Novgorod, four migrants who were in the country illegally were identified.
