The Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported that a construction permit was issued to LLC "Nizhegorodspetsstroymontazh" on April 24, 2018. The project was initiated in 2022. Currently, the building frame has been installed, after which work was suspended. The construction site is fenced off. The department added that the permit expired on December 24, 2023. At the same time, no applications for its extension have been submitted to the ministry.
