      The program for the celebration of Youth Day in the Nizhny Novgorod region has been published. On June 27, a nationwide festival will take place in Vyksa, Spasskoye, Gorodets, Uren, and Nizhny Novgorod. The events are organized as part of the national project "Youth and Children." In Nizhny Novgorod, the central venue will be Alexander Garden. Activities of youth organizations and partners, events of the festival "Science at Every Step," the main stage featuring artists from the art residency "Height" and DJs are planned here. In the evening, a concert by the headliner — the band "Tima Is Looking for Light" — will take place. Educational and business events will be held at the "Mayak" Academy, including an open dialogue with TV and radio host, lecturer of the Russian Society "Knowledge" Tutta Larsen. All venues will be united by the concept "Dream. Pride. Unity — Youth Day 2026." Under the "Dream" direction, meetings of youth communities, master classes, an exhibition of achievements, partner zone activities, and the painting of the holiday symbol — "Fire Horse" — are planned. A summer café from Sberbank will also open in Alexander Garden. The "Pride" direction will be dedicated to cultural traditions, family values, and local brands. Under the "Unity" direction, master classes on weaving camouflage nets, collection of humanitarian aid from the "Volunteer Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region," events of the regional branch of the "Movement of the First," including writing letters to soldiers, the "Children to Children" practice, and the game "Path of the First" will take place. Thematic cruises on three riverboats are planned, departing from pier No. 10 in Nizhny Novgorod. Participants will be able to sing songs with the "Let's Sing" studio, listen to poems from representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Union of Writers of Russia, and take part in the dance program of the "Social Dance" studio. Separate registration is required. The Nizhny Novgorod TV tower will feature festive lighting with the festival's signature pattern and a scrolling line with the holiday slogan. In Vyksa, games of the peoples of Russia, first aid master classes, the exhibition "Tomorrow Depends on Us," lectures from the Russian Society "Knowledge," a cyber football tournament, and art meditation will take place. In the evening, the band "Intonation" will perform.

      In Gorodets, there will be demonstration performances by additional education institutions and young athletes, a "Fair of Good," the "Helping Paw" action, and master classes from the Russian Society "Knowledge." A competition "Rosmolodyozh. Grants" will also take place here, where participants aged 14 to 35 can receive support of up to 1.5 million rubles. In Spasskoye and Uren, workshops "Pack an Idea in 90 Seconds," master classes "Shoot a Trend in an Hour," instant photo printing, and lectures from the Russian Society "Knowledge" are planned. A detailed program and registration are posted in the official festival group on VKontakte. The number of places at individual venues is limited. The national project "Youth and Children" is being implemented on the instruction of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and includes nine federal projects and programs: "Russia — a Country of Opportunities," "We Are Together," "Russia in the World," "All the Best for Children," "Leading Schools," "Teachers and Mentors," "Creating a Network of Modern Campuses," "Universities for the Generation of Leaders," and "Professionalism."
