Under the preferential lending program for investors in cultural heritage sites, operated by the Housing Development Institute DOM.RF, the bank has launched financing of 1.7 billion rubles for the restoration of a constructivist monument in Nizhny Novgorod - the "Chekist House" on Malaya Pokrovskaya Street.
