More than 140 million rubles were received by Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs in the form of preferential loans from "GosMFO".

      On June 19, 2026, at 17:32, the Economy42 preferential loans were issued to business representatives by the regional Ministry of Industry's subordinate organization, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Microcredit Company for Supporting Entrepreneurship in the Nizhny Novgorod Region" ("GosMFO") over five months of 2026. The organization's activities are conducted within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."

      "Access for entrepreneurs to affordable loan funds remains one of the key factors for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses. Preferential financing allows companies to implement investment projects, update fixed assets, and maintain growth rates even in conditions of high commercial lending costs. Over five months of 2026, thanks to the support of 'GosMFO,' Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs attracted 143 million rubles for the development of their businesses," noted Maxim Cherkasov, the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Several preferential financing programs are available to companies. Under the "Microloan" program, up to 5 million rubles can be obtained for business development for a term of up to 36 months at an interest rate of 8% to 16% per annum. The "Auto Loan" program is designed for the purchase of vehicles and special equipment, while "Active Loan" is for equipment. There is also a "Commercial Mortgage" program that allows the purchase of commercial real estate on preferential terms.

      A separate program "Support for Our Own" has been developed for entrepreneurs participating in the special military operation, as well as business representatives providing support to military personnel. Under this program, up to 5 million rubles can be obtained for a term of up to 36 months at an interest rate starting from 5%.

      Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the Nizhny Novgorod Region and without tax and fee arrears can apply for loans on preferential terms from GosMFO.
