      On June 19, 2026, at 17:21, Society The federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair "Work of Russia. Time for Opportunities" (12+) will take place in the Nizhny Novgorod region on June 26. Events will be organized from 10:00 to 19:00 at venues throughout the region, including 11 branches of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia."

      The central venues in Nizhny Novgorod will be the "School 21" campus from Sber on Turgenev Street, the Youth Career Center "KUPNO.START" on Rozhdestvenskaya Street, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on Nesterov Street.

      As reported by the organizers, more than 330 employers from key sectors of the economy, including IT, machine engineering, radio electronics, metallurgy, chemical industry, agriculture, transport, and logistics, will participate in the fair. Job seekers will be offered over 18,100 vacancies.

      Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yegor Polyakov noted that the fair has long gone beyond the usual job exhibition.

      "The fair allows for a direct connection between the real demands of employers and people who are looking for or changing jobs. Special emphasis is placed on youth and career guidance," he emphasized.

      The program is designed for different categories of participants. For those looking for work or planning to change professions, meetings with employers, consultations on training and retraining, assistance in resume writing, and interview preparation will be organized.

      For young people, career guidance games, career development training, and the opportunity to apply for educational programs at "School 21" have been prepared. At the "KUPNO.START" venue, an interactive "Festival of Professions" will take place for students in grades 5-11, featuring professional trials, master classes, and a session on "Professions of the Future."

      The Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyukhin reported that special attention was paid to various categories of visitors when preparing the event, including youth, women returning from maternity leave, people with disabilities, and participants in the special military operation.

      According to him, the task of the organizers is not only to select vacancies but also to create an individual career path for each participant—from career guidance testing to retraining based on specific employer requests.

      As part of the business program, a meeting of the Employers' Club "Effective Personnel Service" will be held at the "School 21" campus, and a strategic session for employers, educational organizations, and social partners will take place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

      Separate consultation venues will be organized for participants of the SVO, people with disabilities, women, and families. In addition, a mini-office of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund will open at the flagship office of the Kstovo branch of the Employment Center "Work of Russia."

      As noted by the acting director of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia" Elena Vidyaeva, the regional stage of the fair held in April was attended by about 10,000 people, and more than two thousand participants received job offers directly at the venue.
