      INFORMATION MESSAGE about the public hearings on the draft decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "On the Adoption of the Charter of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" Public hearings are being presented with the draft decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "On the Adoption of the Charter of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision of the Council of Deputies on the adoption of the Charter). Public hearings are scheduled in accordance with the Procedure for appointing and conducting public hearings in the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, approved by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated June 4, 2026, No. 435. Public hearings are appointed by the resolution of the head of the local self-government of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated June 18, 2026, No. 8 "On the Appointment of Public Hearings". The initiator of the public hearings is the Head of the local self-government of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The meeting of participants in the public hearings will take place on July 13, 2026, at 17:00 at the following address: Bolshie Boldino village, Pushkinskaya St., house 2, meeting room of the administration of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Registration of participants in the public hearings begins one hour before the hearings based on a document confirming the identity of the citizen. Citizens wishing to submit proposals and comments on the draft decision of the Council of Deputies on the adoption of the Charter should send them in writing to the Administration of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District or through the official website of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (section "Administration"/Public Hearings) in accordance with the established procedure of the Regulation on the procedure for accounting proposals on the draft Charter of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the draft decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on amendments and additions to the Charter of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the participation of citizens in its discussion, approved by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated June 4, 2026, No. 434, published in the newspaper "Boldinsky Vestnik" and posted on the official website of the Bolshie Boldino Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (https://bboldino.nobl.ru) in the section "Council of Deputies" "Documents of the Council of Deputies".
