Specialists from the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Upper Volga Hydrometeorological Center" predict a deterioration in weather conditions within the next 1-3 hours. Precipitation will persist throughout the night. The Ministry of Emergency Situations warns of possible flooding due to malfunctions or blockages in storm drains and drainage-collector systems. Low-lying areas, roads, low-water bridges, agricultural lands, communication lines, and power line supports may also be at risk. Drivers are urged to be extremely cautious on the roads. Due to heavy rainfall, visibility on the roads is sharply reduced, and the shoulders become loose and unstable. Wet surfaces increase the risk of skidding and sliding, so motorists are advised to significantly reduce speed and avoid traveling through low-lying areas.
