The marking was applied at the intersection of Ilyinskaya and Malaya Pokrovskaya streets, near the Marriage Registration House. The yellow grid with diagonal lines warns drivers against parking in this area for more than five seconds if the vehicle obstructs traffic in the cross direction. Exceptions are made for turns to the right or left. The "waffle" marking is designed to prevent traffic jams at intersections. When the traffic light is red, entering this area can result in a fine of one thousand rubles. Violations are detected by video surveillance cameras.
