The digital assistant helps users find suitable government support measures by analyzing their requests. The project was implemented with the support of the ANO "Gorky Tech" as part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." As reported by the head of the relevant ministry, Maxim Cherkasov, there are currently more than 138,000 small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the region, employing over 680,000 people. According to him, the authorities continue to expand channels of interaction with businesses so that entrepreneurs can receive information about available development tools more quickly. The online assistant provides consultations on more than 70 support measures implemented by the regional ministry of industry, the ANO "Unified Business Support Center," the Ankudinovka Technopark, the ANO "Microcredit Company for Supporting Entrepreneurship in the Nizhny Novgorod Region," the Industry Development Fund, the regional guarantee organization, and the ANO "NPC BAS of the Nizhny Novgorod Region." To use the service, an entrepreneur needs to describe their situation in free form. For a more accurate response, it is recommended to specify the type of organization and the area of support of interest. When changing the topic, developers advise using the "Clear History" function.
