The information is posted on the government procurement portal. The project includes the improvement of public use areas with the construction of a bicycle path. The initial contract price is over 34.5 million rubles. The list includes planning and architectural solutions, the installation of external water supply and sewage networks, electricity supply, the installation of a video surveillance system, as well as measures to ensure access for people with limited mobility. A separate section provides for landscaping in accordance with the dendrological plan. The concept envisions zoning the space into three types: communication zones with interactive small architectural forms in the central part, comfortable waiting areas at stops and social facilities, as well as quiet rest locations along the boulevard. The project is aimed at preserving the historical planning structure and continuity of the urban environment. The design of the space is planned to use motifs related to the name Tsiolkovsky, as well as themes of space, science, chemistry, and industry. The installation of art objects is planned, including "Planet," "Pin-art," "Cubes," "Rocket," and "Molecule." Some of them will be made of stainless steel with a mirrored surface or powder coating. The project also includes the creation of lawns, laying asphalt concrete surfaces, installing fences, and setting up small architectural forms. Applications are accepted until June 29, 2026, with the results scheduled for July 2. The work period is from the moment the contract is signed until September 1, 2026, with the total contract execution period until December 31, 2026.
