      On June 16, 2026, at 10:31 AM, Culture and Leisure: The School of Arts and Crafts "Izograf" in Nizhny Novgorod received a license for educational activities and is ready to start operating in the renovated building on Ulyanova Street, reported Mayor Yuri Shalabaev. According to him, the educational process will begin on September 1. The school has completely renovated a historic building, where traditional creative workshops and modern technological classrooms are located across three floors. As the mayor noted, students will be able to study more than 30 educational programs. The school will teach painting, ceramics, and pottery, as well as working with graphic tablets, digital design, neural networks, and other modern technologies. The institution will continue to follow the principles of its founder, the honored artist of the RSFSR Dmitry Arsenin, maintaining accessibility to education for talented children, including those with disabilities. It is known that more than 1,200 young residents of Nizhny Novgorod will study at "Izograf." They have prepared over 30 additional education programs for them. At the same time, the school will retain traditional training areas while simultaneously developing modern educational formats related to artificial intelligence, neural networks, and digital design.
