A list of enterprises with personnel priority has been approved in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On June 16, 2026, 17:17 Economy The government of the Nizhny Novgorod region approved a list of enterprises recognized as priorities in terms of meeting staffing needs. The corresponding resolution was published on the official portal for the publication of legal acts. The document was developed in connection with the ongoing shortage of personnel in the region and in execution of the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Labor of Russia. The list includes 249 organizations. It encompasses both large industrial giants and medium-sized enterprises representing various sectors of the economy. Special emphasis is placed on enterprises in the defense industry and machine engineering. Among them are the Arzamas Instrument Engineering Plant named after Plandin, the Gorky Communication Equipment Plant named after Popov, and the "Krasnoe Sormovo" plant. The chemical industry is represented by a wide range of companies. The list includes the Dzerzhinsk Production Association "Plastic," the "Korund-Tsian" plant, "Sintez OKA," and the Kargin Research Institute of Polymers. Metallurgy has not been overlooked either. The list includes the Vyksa Metallurgical Plant, the Bor Pipe Plant, and the "Krasny Yakor" plant. Support will also be provided to manufacturers of automotive components, such as the Pavlovsky Bus Plant and "Nizhny Novgorod Motors." In the field of high technology and radio electronics, priority has been given to JSC "Rikor Electronics," the Scientific Production Enterprise "Polet," and the Federal Nuclear Center in Sarov.
