      On June 14, 2026, at 14:34, Incidents: Two people were rescued from a sinking boat on the Oka River in Nizhny Novgorod. Details were provided by the press service of the city administration. A signal about the incident was received by emergency services: the vessel began to sink near the Molitovsky Bridge. Forces from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Inspection for Small Vessels, as well as city and regional emergency rescue teams were dispatched to the scene.

      As a result of the rescue operation, two people were evacuated from the boat. They did not require medical assistance. Specialists are currently taking measures to return the vessel to operation.
