About a year ago, the doctor filed a lawsuit against the administration of the public group. According to her, a group of users regularly published negative messages about her, damaging her honor and business reputation. The proceedings lasted more than a year. An expert examination established that the published statements contained negative assessments and signs of humiliation of the doctor and her family members. The court ordered the community administrators to refute the previously posted information. In addition, the administrators of the public group and the author of the anonymous publications, whose identity was established, were ordered to pay more than 110,000 rubles. This amount included compensation for moral damage and legal expenses. In a conversation with "Statsionar-Press," the doctor stated that the defendants would face other payments. According to her, users who publish offensive messages from fake accounts should be prepared to answer for their actions.
