The event was organized by the Federal Nationalities Agency (FADN of Russia), the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the All-Russian public movement "Volunteers of Victory," and the House of National Unity. This was reported by the Federal Nationalities Agency. The key event of the program was the ceremonial unfurling of a 110-meter flag of the Russian Federation, symbolizing the unity of citizens. Then, a procession of representatives from 89 regions of the country in national costumes took place, showcasing the vibrant ethnocultural diversity of Russia. One of the "attractions" of the festival was the culinary area, where top chefs from across Russia held master classes on preparing traditional dishes. Guests were able not only to see the process but also to learn the secrets of making meat kulebyaka and Vetluga dumplings from choux pastry. Fans of decorative and applied arts could participate in master classes on knitting, weaving, embroidery, Khokhloma painting, batik, gold sewing, folk painting, origami, and candle making. A graffiti competition was organized for the youth audience, where both novice and professional street artists competed. As the organizers noted, the "Multivoice" festival contributes to strengthening the unity of the Russian nation, developing interethnic and interregional relations, and introducing guests to the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of the peoples of Russia.
