The mobile application "Nizhny Novgorod Region. Transport" has stopped working. This was reported by the CRTS in response to questions from residents of the region. The organization explained that the operation of the application, which allows tracking public transport on the map, was unilaterally suspended by its creator, LLC "Datapax." Passengers were advised to use the "Automated Passenger Information System" service on the CRTS website, which provides information on the estimated arrival time of transport at the stop. At the same time, one of the residents noted that there are also issues with this resource. The CRTS reported that inaccuracies in the display of public transport are related to a failure in the transmission of navigation data.
Errors in the information about the geolocation of transport in mobile applications may arise due to unstable operation of navigation equipment and the internet, representatives of the organization explained. Nizhny Novgorod residents were also advised to use the "Yandex Maps and Navigator" service or contact the call center at 422-28-25, which operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
