      June 15, 2026 10:49 Incidents 22 road traffic accidents with casualties were registered in Nizhny Novgorod from June 11 to June 14. This was reported by the press service of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city. As a result of the accidents, 21 people were injured, including eight children. In addition, two people died, including one minor - the driver of a pit bike. One of the fatal accidents occurred on June 11, around 18:00, in the Moscow district near the local forestry. A 15-year-old child at the wheel of a KAYO pit bike collided with a JHL Z1 motorcycle driven by his peer. One of the teenagers died at the scene of the accident. Another tragedy occurred on June 12 at 21:50 on Rainis Street, 12. A 60-year-old man behind the wheel of a Suzuki lost control and crashed into a GAZ-3302 parked on the roadside. As a result of the collision, the driver died. During the holiday days, eight children sustained injuries of varying severity: three pedestrians, a cyclist, a car passenger, an electric scooter driver, and two motorcyclists.
