Major renovations of secondary housing are expected by 15% of respondents, while 7% will be furnishing an apartment from scratch in a new building. Another 4% will be redoing unsuccessful repairs. Respondents plan to spend an average of 280,000 rubles on renovations. At the same time, 37% of those surveyed would like to stay within 100,000 rubles. 28% budget from 100,000 to 300,000 rubles. 9% are ready to spend more than half a million, and 3% - more than a million rubles. 9 out of 10 respondents admitted that they had disputes over repairs. Most often, disputes arose over the choice of wall or tile color, as well as over the interior style.
