The Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Finance plans to attract loans amounting to 10 billion rubles.

      On June 12, 2026, at 16:59, the Ministry of Finance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region announced ten electronic auctions for the opening of credit lines. The information was posted on the state procurement portal on June 11.

      This concerns the attraction of ten revolving credit lines with a debt limit of 1 billion rubles each. The total volume of planned borrowings will amount to 10 billion rubles.

      The funds are intended to cover the deficit of the regional budget, repay the region's debt obligations, as well as replenish the balance of funds in the regional treasury account during the financial year.

      Applications for participation in the auctions are accepted until June 19. The results of the bidding are scheduled for June 23.
