The road workers have completed the elimination of ruts on the approach to the Borsky Bridge.

This concerns the segment from the 6th to the 8th kilometer, the so-called "floodplain" bridges. As reported by the Main Department of Automobile Roads of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, new asphalt concrete has been laid on all four lanes here. The work was carried out under the national project "Infrastructure for Life." The next stage will be the repair of the Bor Bridge itself and the approaches to it from Akimova Street. Work is planned to begin after June 12. A short pause has been decided due to the holiday days, to avoid complicating the traffic situation. This stage is expected to be completed by the end of June. It should be noted that the cost of the contract signed in June 2025 is 179 million rubles. According to the terms of the contract, all repair activities must be completed by June 30. Milling with the laying of a wear layer is used for the repairs. This method helps not only to remove the ruts but also to extend the lifespan of the pavement. The work is organized in such a way as to minimally impact traffic flow. Milling is carried out at night, while asphalt laying is done quickly during the day, which reduces the duration of road closures. Drivers are asked to be understanding of the temporary restrictions, to comply with the established speed limits, and to pay attention to road signs. This year, the access road to the settlement of Oktyabrsky from the Neklyudovo - Bor - Valki - Makaryevo road, a length of 2.5 km, and the Bor - Razvilie - Filippovskoye - Utkin road, a length of 21.1 km, will also be put in order in the Bor urban district. Since 2019, more than 6.6 thousand kilometers of roads have been brought to a regulatory state in the Nizhny Novgorod region under national projects, for which 90.5 billion rubles have been allocated. In addition, about 140 km of regional roads have been built and reconstructed. In 2025 alone, 761 km of the road network were put in order against a plan of 626 km.
