The finalists of the "Leaders of Russia" competition have written a management dictation for the first time.

Team" competition has started at the Senesh Management Workshop - the flagship project of the presidential platform "Russia - a country of opportunities." For the first time, participants completed a new challenge - a management dictation, which will become annual and will be available not only to finalists but also to other leaders in the country. This season, the competition is held for the first time in a team format. The final includes 280 strongest management teams - that is 1,400 leaders from 70 regions of Russia. Winners will be announced on June 14 at the National Center "Russia." The first to begin the assessment trials were the finalists in the categories of "Combined Management Teams" and "Management Teams of Organizations." In total, participants compete in four areas: in addition to the two mentioned, there are "Government Management Teams" and "Corporate Management Teams." One of the key innovations is the management dictation. Participants perform it under time constraints. The format aims to test proficiency in professional terminology, decision-making speed, and the ability to act in stressful situations. This tool is planned to be scaled up - graduates of the "Leaders of Russia" competition and other managers across the country will be able to take it. "This season, we have included a management dictation in the program for the first time. In a short time, participants will need to demonstrate how freely they master management terminology, how quickly they make decisions, and how they act under stress. This is the essence of what a manager faces daily. And we plan to scale this format across the country so that any manager can test themselves," noted Andrey Betin, General Director of the presidential platform "Russia - a country of opportunities," and Rector of the Senesh Management Workshop. In addition to the dictation, finalists solve complex management tasks - analyzing information, determining priorities, selecting strategic initiatives, allocating resources, and working on socially significant projects. The effectiveness of the teams is assessed based on the results achieved. A business and educational program with leading experts and representatives of the competition's Supervisory Board has also been prepared for participants. In total, more than 75,000 leaders from 89 regions of Russia and 66 foreign countries participated in the sixth season. The "Leaders of Russia" competition has been held since 2017 by the order of the President of the Russian Federation. During this time, over one million applications have been submitted from 150 countries, and more than 700 participants have received appointments to high positions.
