The development under the comprehensive territory development project is planned at the site of the "Karusel" hypermarket on Moscow Highway in Nizhny Novgorod. The project for changes in land use regulations has been published on the regional ministry's website.
The project is intended to be implemented in the area bounded by Aktubinskaya and Fibrolitovaya streets, as well as Moscow and Komsomolskoye highways. For the development under the comprehensive territory development (CTD), the site needs to be marked on the urban zoning map.
The project changes have already been prepared and are open for public discussion. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod can express their opinions until June 11. Materials can be viewed at the administration of the Kanavinsky district, where feedback and suggestions are also accepted.
