      On the Day of the Russian Language and on the birthday of Alexander Pushkin, June 6, the Nizhny Novgorod TV tower will become a large-scale artistic canvas. Thanks to the partnership between the RTRS branch "Nizhny Novgorod Regional Radio and Television Transmitting Center" and the regional Ministry of Culture, from 21:00 to 22:00, thematic architectural and artistic lighting will illuminate the tower. A graphic portrait of the poet will appear on the media facade, as well as a pattern stylized to resemble his handwriting. Iconic lines from Pushkin will be broadcast in a scrolling format - "I awakened kind feelings with my lyre" and "I remember a wonderful moment," complemented by the recognizable autograph of the classic and a textual designation of the holiday. The design is in the corporate colors and patterns of the festival "Pushkin Without Borders" (0+), which takes place from June 5 to 7 at the A.S. Pushkin Museum-Reserve in "Boldino" with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. During the light show, images will dynamically change: alongside the portrait, symbols of literary creativity - an inkwell and a goose feather - will appear, as well as the inscription "June 6 - Day of the Russian Language." The significance of the holiday for the Nizhny Novgorod region is particularly great: Bolshoye Boldino became a place of incredible creative rise for Pushkin. It was there that the poet completed "Eugene Onegin," created the cycles "Little Tragedies" and "The Tales of Belkin," wrote famous fairy tales, and more than 30 poems.

      The Day of the Russian Language, celebrated on June 6, was established in 2011 by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation as a tribute to the Russian language - a national treasure and an important part of the world cultural heritage.
