The Nizhny Novgorod City Hall provided information about the outcomes of the meeting between residents of Rodionova Street and representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod district administration regarding the placement of parking spaces. In dialogue with the residents, the district administration proposed the following course of action aimed at addressing the shortage of parking spaces in the yard area. Residents were invited to organize work within the framework of Resolution No. 1300 "On the Approval of the Administrative Regulation for Providing the Municipal Service 'Issuance of Permission for Land Use...'", which stipulates that residents (TСN "Bastion") lease the specified land plot upon providing the necessary documentation, including a site plan prepared by a cadastral engineer – the district administration offers consulting assistance on this matter. Subsequently, the mechanism for surveying the plot (currently in municipal ownership) and formalizing the land into the ownership of TСN "Bastion" (Article 11.9 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation) comes into effect. After the ownership rights are formalized, TСN "Bastion" is invited to participate in a competition for obtaining a subsidy for the improvement of the necessary territory - paving, widening the passage, installing curbs, etc. (Resolution No. 1059). The Nizhny Novgorod district administration will assist residents in gathering and processing the necessary documents and will continue to support the further resolution of the issue. The parties to the meeting noted the dialogue as "constructive and productive" and agreed to remain in direct contact with each other.
