The three-day food festival "At One Table" will take place in Nizhny Novgorod.

The largest gastro festival "At One Table" (0+) will take place for the first time in Nizhny Novgorod from June 12 to 14. The venue for this premiere event will be the "Switzerland" park, where the festival is organized specifically for Russia Day.

Over the course of three days, guests can expect culinary, sports, educational, and cultural programs featuring leading specialists. The central event will be a hundred-meter table—one of the longest gastronomic tables in the country. It will be set by Nizhny Novgorod restaurants under the guidance of more than 30 chefs, who will present the cuisines of the peoples of Russia. Visitors will be offered over 300 signature dishes. Entry to the park and all festival venues will be free.

The Department of Culture reported that the initiator of the festival's creation was the head of Nizhny Novgorod, Yuri Shalabaev. The organizers were tasked with creating their own flagship project that would reflect the characteristics of the capital of the Volga region through gastronomy, culture, and education. According to the organizers' concept, the festival should not only introduce guests to the culinary diversity of the country but also serve as a platform for familiarizing them with its cultural heritage and traditions.

In addition, guests will be provided with a Volga cuisine laboratory, picnics, gastronomic master classes and lectures, children's zones, sports activities, educational meetings, and concerts by Nizhny Novgorod artists and invited headliners. A detailed program is promised to be published soon.

An educational program will be a separate focus. It will involve students from the Institute of Food Technologies and Design of the Knyagininsky University of Nizhny Novgorod Region and the "RESOURCE of Russia" program of the Presidential Academy. Together with chefs, they will study regional cuisines and work on creating a gastronomic map of the region.

The festival is organized by the "Switzerland" park and the Association of Restaurateurs of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
