      Vasily Atanasov addressed the fans of Nizhny Novgorod's HC Torpedo after it was officially announced that he would continue his career at SKA. The forward had been playing for Torpedo since 2022 and during this time participated in 226 matches, scoring 132 points (71+61). In the 2022/2023 season, he also became the holder of the Kharlamov Cup as part of Chaika.
