The head of the Nizhny Novgorod firm was fined for a salary debt of 20 million rubles.

      On June 2, 2026, at 16:30, incidents occurred. The head of LLC "MKT-NN," which is engaged in the construction of water supply communications, was sentenced in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office. The court found him guilty under part 2 of article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - complete non-payment of wages for more than two months, committed by the head of the organization for other personal interests. During the court proceedings, it was established that the company had accumulated a debt in wages to 233 dismissed employees. The money had not been paid from October 2024 to April 2025. The total amount of the debt exceeded 20 million rubles. The wage debt has been fully repaid to 213 employees. The court imposed a penalty on the head in the form of a fine of 200,000 rubles.
