Nizhny Novgorod will lease road equipment for almost 1.3 billion rubles.

      On June 1, 2026, at 12:15, the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod announced an electronic auction for the leasing of 122 units of specialized road equipment. The initial price of the contract is almost 1.3 billion rubles. This information is reported on the state procurement website.

      The procurement is conducted by KUGI and ZR. The entire volume must be delivered by September 30, 2026. The list includes motor graders, bulldozers, front-end loaders, self-propelled sweeping vacuum machines, as well as various types of municipal road machines and bucket loaders.

      Under the terms of the contract, the lessor is obliged to acquire the equipment in ownership and transfer it to the customer for temporary possession and use until June 30, 2033. After the contract expires, the property will be transferred to the lessee at a buyout price.

      No advance payment is provided. In 2026, no payments will be made either. Leasing payments will begin in January 2027 and will last until June 30, 2033.

      The annual financing volume in 2027-2032 will not exceed 199.4 million rubles, and in 2033 it will be 99.8 million rubles. Funds will be allocated from the city and regional budgets. The results of the auction are planned to be summarized on June 17.
