A fire destroyed an abandoned two-story house in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On May 31, 2026, at 11:10 AM, incidents occurred. During the night of May 31, a fire broke out in an abandoned wooden house in Nizhny Novgorod. According to the regional emergency management agency, the fire occurred on Krylova Street. A two-story wooden house, which had previously been vacated, was engulfed in flames. The area of the fire was 225 square meters. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. Open flames were extinguished around 11:00 PM. Firefighters then continued to cool down and extinguish individual hotspots. Ten firefighting teams were involved in extinguishing the fire.
