The authorities of Nizhny Novgorod approved the housing cost standards for 2027.

      May 29, 2026 09:00 Economy The administration of Nizhny Novgorod has established the standard cost of one square meter of housing for 2027. The corresponding decree has been published on the city hall's website. This indicator will be used to calculate social payments for young families for the purchase or construction of housing. The standard amount has been set at 135,032 rubles per square meter of total area. Currently, it is 123,682 rubles. The decree was adopted in accordance with Article 72 of the city charter and federal regulations for providing payments to young families. The standard for the next year has been established taking into account the average market cost of housing in the second quarter of 2026.
