The expert examination approved the construction of a house near the Molitovsky Bridge according to the KRT.

      May 28, 2026 09:28 Economy The project for the construction of an apartment building with integrated public spaces and an underground parking lot on Vorotynskaya Street in the Leninsky District has received a positive conclusion from the expert examination. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

      The project concerns building No. 1 according to the general plan. The developer is LLC "SZ 'Komsomolskaya'," which is part of the GloraX group of companies. The project documentation was prepared by LLC "Gloraks ProArch." The examination was conducted by the company LLC "PROMMASH TEST EXPERTISE."

      The building will be part of the residential quarter "Levoberezhny," which is being implemented under a comprehensive territory development agreement initiated by the rights holder.

      Earlier, the Ministry of Urban Development approved the architectural appearance of the first two buildings on Vorotynskaya Street. In August 2025, the Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region issued a permit for the construction of the first residential building of the new business-class residential complex on the left bank of the Oka River. The commissioning of this building is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

      The entire project includes the construction of 586 thousand square meters of real estate, including 11 multi-section residential buildings ranging from 6 to 33 stories high. The creation of social infrastructure is also planned—a school for 800 students, three kindergartens, a medical facility, and a physical culture and health complex. Along the banks of the Oka River, a promenade called "Culture of Sports" will be created for walks and active recreation. Its landscaping will be financed by the developer.

      Earlier, a non-governmental examination was completed for the project to build a house under the KRT on the Grebnoi Canal, which is also being implemented by the federal company GloraX through LLC "Specialized Developer 'Bereg'."
