As part of the "Client Days," company specialists conduct training events where they explain how to use remote services: personal account, mobile application, online payment services, and meter reading submission. Specialists also train social workers themselves. They share methodologies and tools so that social workers can independently and effectively teach their wards to use digital services. The training takes place in the format of master classes. At the end of the session, all participants receive handouts with instructions, magnets with QR codes for quick access to services, and other useful materials. After the training, social protection wards will be able to easily and quickly submit meter readings, receive consultations from specialists, and monitor charges online.
