Seven bus stops have been repaired in the Kstovo district.

      In the Kstovo district, as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," seven bus stops have been brought to regulatory condition on the approach to Gorny Bork, Slobodskoy, and Dokukino. This was reported by the Main Department of Automobile Roads of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. At the stops, pull-in pockets have been organized, and boarding platforms have been built for the safe boarding and alighting of passengers. By the end of summer, it is planned to install bus pavilions. On a section of 14.16 km, the laying of leveling and top layers of asphalt concrete has been completed. The contractor is to strengthen the shoulders, install new road signs, and apply horizontal markings. The contract value amounted to 289.7 million rubles. In total, in 2026, it is planned to put in order 29.5 km of regional roads in the Kstovo district within the boundaries of the urban district of the city of Nizhny Novgorod as part of the national project. The total value of the contracts is 744 million rubles. The program includes the road "Kstovo - D. Konstantinovo" (4.7 km), the approach to the village of Blizhnee Borisovo from the Nizhny Novgorod - Saratov highway (1.8 km), the section "Blizhnee Borisovo - Rumyantsevo" (1.1 km), the approach to the village of Tolstobino from the road to Novolikeevo (2.6 km), the approach to the village of Prokoshevo and the village of Lyapisi from the "Zaprudnoye - Tolmachevo" highway (2.9 km), as well as the bypass of the village of Prokoshevo (2.1 km). Work on all facilities is planned to be completed by September 30, 2026. The national project "Infrastructure for Life" was initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and has been in effect since 2025. It includes 12 federal projects and is aimed at the development of road construction, housing and communal services, ensuring road safety, and developing public passenger transport.
