Significant successes have been achieved in medicine: mortality from circulatory system diseases has decreased by 5.4%. We conducted twice as many free IVF procedures as five years ago. In 2025, we built 4 new clinics, 28 rural health posts, renovated 320 healthcare facilities, and purchased more than 4,000 units of modern medical equipment. We are building and renovating schools and kindergartens," emphasized the speaker of the Legislative Assembly. "Special attention is given to supporting participants of the SVO and their families. The region is among the leaders both in the volume of funds and in the range of privileges that have been legislatively secured. Currently, about 70% of returning fighters are employed, and participants in the 'Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region' project are taking jobs in government bodies and holding various positions in other organizations," noted Lyulin. "Pessimistic forecasts in industry did not come true. Even in this sector, despite the recession in the world and in the country, we managed to achieve growth. The Nizhny Novgorod economy is restructuring on the go. Agriculture has increased by more than 4%—this is one of the record indicators. The IT sector has grown by almost one and a half times, and our support measures for 'IT specialists' have again been recognized as the most effective in the country. The Industrial Development Fund issued preferential loans amounting to 14.7 billion—2.3 times more than the previous year. All this is a guarantee of future successes. Of course, there are plenty of problems, and much remains to be done. But together with the government, we are used to working systematically.
