He instructed that a report on the progress of the investigation and the established circumstances be presented to him. This was reported by the press service of the agency. The reason for this was a video published on social media. The footage shows a teenager first pushing a classmate and then kicking her after she fell. According to eyewitnesses, the conflict occurred at school No. 129 in the Avtozavodsky district. In connection with the incident, the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee for the Nizhny Novgorod region have opened a criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - hooliganism. Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the severity of the harm caused to the health of the minor. At the same time, a check was organized by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. The parents of the teenager, along with him, were summoned to the police station for questioning. The prosecutor's office is also dealing with the situation. The supervisory agency is checking how the legislation on the prevention of neglect and offenses by minors is being implemented in the school. The school itself reported that after the conflict with the student, preventive work was carried out. A reconciliation service was involved in the resolution, and the parents of the seventh graders were invited for a discussion.
