      May 27, 2026 13:26 Economy A building with a height of 15 to 18 floors and an underground parking lot is planned to be constructed in the area of the Kulibin Park. This is stated in the draft amendments to the planning and land surveying documentation, which has been submitted for public discussion.

      The project concerns a plot of land of about 2 hectares within the boundaries of Belinsky, Tverskoy, Slavyanskaya, and Ashkhabadskaya streets. The adjustments were initiated by LLC "SZ 'Everest'." The documentation was prepared by LLC "GORPRO." The changes are necessary for the placement of the building. Currently, there are several wooden houses located on this territory.

      The formation of the plots is planned in two stages. In the first stage, it is proposed to create a plot of 1,832 square meters with the permitted use of "land improvement."

      In the second stage, the formation of a plot of 6,273 square meters for multi-story residential development is provided. In addition, the documentation plans to create several plots for the street and road network with a total area of more than 2,600 square meters.

      The territory falls within the boundaries of the development agreement for built-up areas dated August 7, 2008, No. 025/06.
